MBS9318807 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal 16kDa, V0 subunit c (ATP6V0C) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing ATP6V0C. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS9318807 kit is based on ATP6V0C antibody-ATP6V0C antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect ATP6V0C antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, ATP6V0C. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

Background: This Quantitative Sandwich ELISA kit is only for in vitro research use only, not for drug, household, therapeutic or diagnostic applications! This kit is intended to be used for determination the level of ATP6V0C (hereafter termed "analyte") in undiluted original Mouse body fluids, tissue homogenates, secretions or feces samples. This kit is NOT suitable for assaying non-biological sources of substances.
