Product Note
Our ELISA Kit assays are dynamic research tools and sometimes they may be updated and improved. If the format of this assay is important to you then please request the current manual or contact our technical support team with a presales inquiry before placing an order. We will confirm the current details of the assay. We cannot guarantee the sample manual posted online is the most current manual.
Other Notes
Small volumes of CCRN4L elisa kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

MBS078301 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip-or-full plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the Carbon Catabolite Repression 4 Like Protein (CCRN4L) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing CCRN4L. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS078301 kit is based on CCRN4L antibody-CCRN4L antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect CCRN4L antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, CCRN4L. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

CNOT6L: Plays a role in the deadenylation of mRNAs in the cytoplasm. Has 3'-5' poly(A) exoribonuclease activity for synthetic poly(A) RNA substrate. May be involved in the deadenylation-dependent degradation of mRNAs through the 3'-UTR AU-rich element-mediated mechanism. Involved in deadenylation- dependent degradation of CDKN1B mRNA. Belongs to the CCR4/nocturin family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Protein type: Hydrolase; EC

Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 4q13.3

Cellular Component: cytoplasm; nucleus; cytosol; CCR4-NOT complex

Molecular Function: protein binding; poly(A)-specific ribonuclease activity; metal ion binding

Biological Process: regulation of translation; poly(A) tail shortening; regulation of transcription, DNA-dependent; transcription, DNA-dependent; positive regulation of cell proliferation; RNA-mediated gene silencing; gene expression; mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay
