The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing FADD. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS927150 kit is based on FADD antibody-FADD antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect FADD antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, FADD. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Recruited through its C-terminal death domain by Fas-receptor, tumor necrosis factor receptor, TNFRSF25, and TRAIL-receptor, participating in the death signaling initiated by these receptors.
