MBS9327394 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the G protein-coupled receptor associated sorting protein 2 (GPRASP2) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing GPRASP2. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS9327394 kit is based on GPRASP2 antibody-GPRASP2 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect GPRASP2 antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, GPRASP2. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

NCBI Summary for GPRASP2
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of a family that regulates the activity of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). The encoded protein has been shown to be capable of interacting with several GPCRs, including the M1 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor and the calcitonin receptor. Several transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, May 2010]
