Directions for Use
Resuspend lyophilized shRNA plasmid DNA in 500 ul of the deionized water. Each vial contains 50 ug of lyophilized shRNA plasmid DNA. Suitable for up to 50 transfections.
We offer 3 different plasmids which knock down rat HSD17B7 gene specifically. Each vial contains 50 ug of lyophilized shRNA.
Preparation and Storage
Store lyophilized shRNA plasmid DNA at -20 degree C with desiccant. Stable for one year. Once resuspended, store at 4 degree C for short term storage or -80 degree C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
