Cross Reactivity: Based on IEP, no reactivity is observed to:
non-immunoglobulin human serum immunoglobulins
heavy chains on all human immunoglobulins
lambda light chains on all human immunoglobulins mouse serum proteins
Based on IEP, this antibody reacts with: kappa light chains on all Human immunoglobulins
Affinity purified antibody is > 95% based on SDS-PAGE
Affinity purified using solid phase Human Kappa Chain.
1.0 mg/ml (E 1% at 280 nm = 13.0) (lot specific)
DyLight 650 (Ex = 652 nm; Em = 672 nm)
Purified Human kappa (Ð degree) light chain
10 mM Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 1 % (w/v) BSA, Protease/IgG free
0.05% (w/v) Sodium Azide
Rehydrate with 0.55 ml of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Centrifuge to remove any particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
Country of Origin
Goat serum was obtained from healthy animals of US origin and under the care of a registered veterinarian.
Preparation and Storage
Store freeze-dried powder at 2-8 degree C.
Shelf Life: Product is stable for up to 4 weeks at 2-8 degree C after rehydration. For extended storage after rehydration, add an equal volume of glycerol and store at -20 degree C.

Other Notes
Small volumes of Kappa () Light Chain secondary antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
