According to the International <span id=\"urn:enhancement-53fba059-2fd0-4e38-82d9-3d6f944fd342\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl1503301\/entity\/osteoporosis\">Osteoporosis<\/span> Foundation, 33% and 20% of women and men are risk globally. Bone mass is vital in the prevention of <span id=\"urn:enhancement-c90a1dfb-86d6-4861-acf9-ce777766368b\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\" itemid=\"https:\/\/data.wordlift.io\/wl1503301\/entity\/osteoporosis\">osteoporosis<\/span> at least in adults. Three influential factors that play a significant role in bone density cannot be altered: age, gender and genetics.In order to have strong bones, it is advised that adult women take 46 grams of protein each day and pregnant women 71 grams during the 10 month period. The intake varies slightly upward or downward based on day \u2013to-day physical activities.
