Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-ACTH C-terminal antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
Application Notes for anti-ACTH C-terminal antibody
Reacts with solid phase ACTH either captured as part of a sandwich or adsorbed as a solid phase antigen and as such is suitable for serum assay development. Also reactive on formalin-fixed paraffin wax embedded tissue and is therefore suitable for immunocytochemistry. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
NCBI/Uniprot data below describe general gene information for ACTH C-terminal. It may not necessarily be applicable to this product.
