Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-DACT3 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
Related Product Information for
anti-DACT3 antibody
Introduction: DACT3 which belongs to the DACT (Dpr/Frodo) gene family plays an imperative role in a negative regulator of Wnt/-catenin signaling. Unlike other Wnt signaling inhibitors that are silenced by DNA methylation, DACT3 repression is linked to bivalent histone modifications.
Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-DACT3 antibody
ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Application Notes for anti-DACT3 antibody
DACT3 antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:250 ~ 1:500 and immunohistochemistry analysis is 1:50. Recommended starting dilution for Western blot is 1:250 and Immunohistochemistry is 1:50.
