3D Structure
ModBase 3D Structure for P30043
Anti-NADPH recognizes recombinant protein NADPH.
Each vial contains 100 ug IgG in 100 ul of citrate-tris-HCl buffer pH7.0 with 0.02% Proclin 300.
Recombinant protein corresponding to full length NADPH.
Preparation and Storage
The antibody may be stored at-20 degree C for one year in its original formulation. Additionally, antibody may be stored at 2 degree C to 8 degree C for up to 1 month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the diluted antibody.
Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-NADPH antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

NCBI Summary for NADPH
The final step in heme metabolism in mammals is catalyzed by the cytosolic biliverdin reductase enzymes A and B (EC[supplied by OMIM, Jul 2009]
UniProt Comments for NADPH
Broad specificity oxidoreductase that catalyzes the NADPH-dependent reduction of a variety of flavins, such as riboflavin, FAD or FMN, biliverdins, methemoglobin and PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone). Contributes to heme catabolism and metabolizes linear tetrapyrroles. Can also reduce the complexed Fe3+ iron to Fe2+ in the presence of FMN and NADPH. In the liver, converts biliverdin to bilirubin.
