Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-Ganglioside GD2 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

GD2 has been identified as tumor-associated antigens expressed on the surface of neuroectoderm-derived tumors (melanoma, neuroblastoma and glioma) and T-cell leukemia. Gangliosides (sialic acid-containing glycosphingolipids) are normal membrane constituents and highly expressed in the vertebral central nervous system.
Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-Ganglioside GD2 antibody
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Cytoxicity.

Other applications have not been tested.
Application Notes for anti-Ganglioside GD2 antibody
Flow cytometry : 1-2 ug/ per 10e6 cells

Immunohistochemistry: Frozen tissue sections.

Immunofluorescence: Cell in culture

Cytoxicidity: GD2 positive cells.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
