Clone Number
Species Reactivity
Mouse monoclonal anti-human USF2 antibody in PBS (3.0 mM KCI, 1.5 mM KH2PO4, 140 mM NaCI, 8.0mM Na2HPO4(pH 7.4))containing 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA) and 0.05% sodium azide (NaN3).
100 ug/ml (lot specific)
This antibody was purified using protein G column chromatography from culture supernatant of hybridoma cultured in a medium containing bovine IgG-depleted(approximately 95%) fetal bovine serum).
Filtered through a 0.22 um membrane.
This antibody solution contains sodium azide (NaN3 as a preservative. There is a potential hazard that NaN3 reacts with copper or lead to produce an explosive compound. For safe disposal, the vial has to be washed throughly with water.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 2-8°C for up to one year.
We recommend storing at -20°C for long term storage.
Avoid repeat freezing and thawing cycles.
Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-USF2 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
Related Product Information for
anti-USF2 antibody
This gene encodes a member of the basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper family, and can function as a cellular transcription factor. The encoded protein can activate transcription through pyrimidine-rich initiator (Inr) elements and E-box motifs. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. [NCBI Entrez Gene Summary]
