The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing NAPA. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS7214211 kit is based on NAPA antibody-NAPA antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect NAPA antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, NAPA. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. SNAP proteins play a critical role in the docking and fusion of vesicles to target membranes as part of the 20S NSF-SNAP-SNARE complex. The encoded protein plays a role in the completion of membrane fusion by mediating the interaction of N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor (NSF) with the vesicle-associated and membrane-associated SNAP receptor (SNARE) complex, and stimulating the ATPase activity of NSF.
