Rabbits were immunized with Calmodulin Binding Protein (CBP) epitope tag (MKRRWKKNFIAVSAANRFKKISSSGAL) conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase.
