Western Blot: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 47. 07kDa according to NP_919270.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.

(0.5ug/ml) staining of Human Kidney lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) with (B) and without (A) blocking with the immunising peptide. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
