Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-APOLD1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-APOLD1 antibody
Peptide ELISA (EIA)
Application Notes for anti-APOLD1 antibody
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 2000.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx.37kDa band in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 27.2kDa according to NP_110444.1 The 37kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
