Application Notes for anti-EPB41L5 antibody
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 8000.
Western Blot: Approx 80kDa band observed in Human Brain (Hippocampus lysates (calculated MW of 81.9kDa according to NP_065960.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 140kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-EPB41L5 antibody
(1ug/ml) staining of Human Brain (Hippocampus) lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
