This C10orf46 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 326-354 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human C10orf46.
Purity/Purification
Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Form/Format
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Antigen Type
Synthetic Peptide
Antigen Source
HUMAN
Function
Cell cycle associated protein capable of promoting cell proliferation through the activation of CDK2 at the G1/S phase transition.
Tissue Location
Ubiquitously expressed with highest expression in the mammary gland and large intestine. Highly expressed in cancer tissues and cancer cell lines. During cell cycle progression expression is high in G1/S, low in the middle of S phase, and increases again in S/G2 phase
Preparation and Storage
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8 degree C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20 degree C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-CACUL1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
