Application Notes for anti-CRKL antibody
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 16000.
Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Thymus shows staining of cellular membranes in thymocytes. Recommended concentration, 2.5-3.8ug/ml.
Western Blot: Approx 37kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines K562, Jurkat, NIH3T3, and of Rat Spleen (calculated MW of 33.8kDa according to NP_005198). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03ug/ml.

This gene encodes a protein kinase containing SH2 and SH3 (src homology) domains which has been shown to activate the RAS and JUN kinase signaling pathways and transform fibroblasts in a RAS-dependent fashion. It is a substrate of the BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase, plays a role in fibroblast transformation by BCR-ABL, and may be oncogenic.[provided by RefSeq, Jan 2009]
