Specificity    CD32 (Phospho-Tyr292) antibody detects endogenous levels of CD32 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 292.
Purity/Purification    Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Form/Format    In phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Section Bar
Immunogen    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CD32around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 292 (I-T-YP-S-L).
 All Sites    Human: Tyr292

Preparation and Storage    Store at-20 degree C for 1 year.
Other Notes    Small volumes of anti-CD32 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

UniProt Comments for CD32    Receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulins gamma. Low affinity receptor. Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. Binding to this receptor results in down-modulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B-cells (BCR), T-cells (TCR) or via another Fc receptor. Isoform IIB1 fails to mediate endocytosis or phagocytosis. Isoform IIB2 does not trigger phagocytosis.CautionHas sometimes been attributed to correspond to FcR-IIC.
