EIA/ELISA, Immunoassay Antibody Pairs, Western Blot
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. For sandwich immunoassay, plasma samples should be diluted with 10mM Tris/HCl buffer, pH 7.5 containing 1M NaCl and 0.1% Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final NaCl concentration in plasma samples should be 0.5M or more.
Recommended pairs for sandwich ELISA:
Capture: MBS311817; Detection: MBS311823
Capture: MBS311817; Detection: MBS311812
Capture: MBS311817; Detection: MBS311824.
