Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-hcn1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

Ion channels are integral membrane proteins that help establish and control the small voltage gradient across the plasma membrane of living cells by allowing the flow of ions down their electrochemical gradient. Hyperpolarization-activated cation channels of the HCN gene family, such as HCN1, play a crucial role in the regulation of cell excitability. They contribute to spontaneous rhythmic activity in the heart and brain.

Application Notes for anti-hcn1 antibody
Immunoblotting: use at 1-10ug/ml. A band of ~100kDa is detected. Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry: use at 0.1-1 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: use at 1-10ug/ml. These are recommended concentrations. User should determine optimal concentrations for their application. Positive control: Rat brain lysate
