 Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-MARCH10 antibody

Peptide ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB)

Application Notes for anti-MARCH10 antibody    Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 8000.
Western Blot: Approx.90 kDa band observed in Rat Testis lysates (calculated MW of 90.5 kDa according to Human NP_689811.2 and of 87.9 kDa according to Mouse NP_766156.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 37 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.

NCBI Summary for MARCH10    MARCH10 is a member of the MARCH family of membrane-bound E3 ubiquitin ligases (EC 6.3.2.19). MARCH enzymes add ubiquitin (see MIM 191339) to target lysines in substrate proteins, thereby signaling their vesicular transport between membrane compartments (Morokuma et al., 2007 [PubMed 17604280]).[supplied by OMIM, Apr 2010]
