Apply a sufficient volume of the AEC Single Solution reagent to cover the tissue section.3. Incubate the tissue section for a minimum of 10 minutes.4. Rinse slide in buffer5. Apply counterstain according to manufacturerÂ’s instructions. 6. Apply a sufficient volume of an aqueous mounting medium to cover the section. Warning 1. Take reasonable precautions when handling reagents. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.2. Avoid contact of reagents with eyes, mucous membranes and skin. If reagents come into contact with sensitive areas, wash with copious amounts of water. 3. Consult local or state authorities with regard to recommended method of disposal. 4. Avoid microbial contamination of reagents. Preparation and Storage Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze. The user must validate any other storage conditions. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
