Searchable Terms for 14-3-3 Pro purchase    MBS269690 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate Sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the 14-3-3 Protein (14-3-3 Pro) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range of 100 ng/ml-1.56 ng/ml in biological research samples containing 14-3-3 Pro, with an estimated sensitivity of 0.5ng/ml. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS269690 kit is based on 14-3-3 Pro antibody-14-3-3 Pro antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect 14-3-3 Pro antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, 14-3-3 Pro. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions such as Serum, plasma or cell culture supernatant and organizations in the natural and recombinant 14-3-3 Pro concentration. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

Product Description specifically for 14-3-3 Pro elisa kit

Principle of the Assay: This experiment use double-sandwich elisa technique and the ELISA Kit provided is typical. The pre-coated antibody is human 14-3-3 Pro monoclonal antibody and the detecting antibody is polyclonal antibody with biotin labeled. Samples and biotin labeling antibody are added into ELISA plate wells and washed out with PBS or TBS. Then Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added to ELISA wells in order; Use TMB substrate for coloring after reactant thoroughly washed out by PBS or TBS. TMB turns into blue in peroxidase catalytic and finally turns into yellow under the action of acid. The color depth and the testing factors in samples are positively correlated.

NCBI Summary for 14-3-3 Pro    This gene product belongs to the 14-3-3 family of proteins which mediate signal transduction by binding to phosphoserine-containing proteins. This highly conserved protein family is found in both plants and mammals, and this protein is 99% identical to the mouse, rat and bovine orthologs. This gene contains a 7 bp repeat sequence in its 5' UTR, and changes in the number of this repeat have been associated with early-onset schizophrenia and psychotic bipolar disorder.
