Searchable Terms for EOTAXIN-3 purchase    MBS9359444 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate Quantitative Sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the Eotaxin 3 (EOTAXIN-3) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range of 15.6 pg/ml - 500 pg/ml in biological research samples containing EOTAXIN-3, with an estimated sensitivity of 2.0 pg/ml. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS9359444 kit is based on EOTAXIN-3 antibody-EOTAXIN-3 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect EOTAXIN-3 antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, EOTAXIN-3. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

NCBI Summary for EOTAXIN-3    This antimicrobial gene is one of several chemokine genes clustered on the q-arm of chromosome 17. Chemokines form a superfamily of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The superfamily is divided into four subfamilies based on the arrangement of the N-terminal cysteine residues of the mature peptide. This chemokine, a member of the CC subfamily, displays chemotactic activity for eosinophils, but not mononuclear cells or neutrophils. This eosinophil-specific chemokine is thought to be involved in eosinophilic inflammatory diseases such as atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, asthma and parasitic infections.
