Preparation and Storage    For unopened kit: All the reagents should be kept according to the labels on vials. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20 degree C upon receipt while the others should be at 4 degree C.

For opened kit: When the kit is opened, the remaining reagents still need to be stored according to the above storage condition. Besides, please return the unused wells to the foil pouch containing the desiccant pack, and reseal along entire edge of zip-seal.

The stability of kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
Product Note    Our ELISA assays are dynamic research tools and sometimes they may be updated and improved. If the format of this assay is important to you then please contact our technical support team with a presales inquiry before placing an order. We will confirm the current details of the assay.
Other Notes    Small volumes of PDIA6 elisa kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
Searchable Terms for PDIA6 purchase    MBS2019993 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate Sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the Protein Disulfide Isomerase A6 (PDIA6) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL in biological research samples containing PDIA6, with an estimated sensitivity of Typically less than 0.049ng/mL. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS2019993 kit is based on PDIA6 antibody-PDIA6 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect PDIA6 antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, PDIA6. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions such as Tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

Product Description specifically for PDIA6 elisa kit

Principle of the Assay: The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Protein Disulfide Isomerase A6 (PDIA6). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Protein Disulfide Isomerase A6 (PDIA6). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Protein Disulfide Isomerase A6 (PDIA6), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Protein Disulfide Isomerase A6 (PDIA6) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
