Samples    Serum, Plasma, Tissue Homogenate, Feces and Urine
 Assay Type    Sandwich
 Detection Range    31.2 pg/ml - 1000 pg/ml.
 Sensitivity    5.0 pg/ml.
Intended Uses    This Quantitative Sandwich ELISA kit is only for in vitro research use only, not for drug, household, therapeutic or diagnostic applications! It is intended to be determinated WASF3 concentrations in Human serum, plasma and other body fluids. Using Purified Human WASF3 antibody to coat Microelisa Stripplate wells to make solid-phase antibody, then add WASF3 and WASF3 antibody which has been labeled with HRP to wells, then the reactants become antibody-antigen-antibody-enzyme complex, after washing completely, add TMB substrate solution, TMB substrate becomes blue color under HRP enzyme-catalyzed, reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm. The concentration of WASF3 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
 Intra-assay Precision    Intra-assay CV (%) is less than 15%.
 Inter-assay Precision    Inter-assay CV (%) is less than 15%. [CV(%) = SD/mean 100]

Preparation and Storage    Store all reagents at 2-8 degree C
Product Note    Our ELISA Kit assays are dynamic research tools and sometimes they may be updated and improved. If the format of this assay is important to you then please request the current manual or contact our technical support team with a presales inquiry before placing an order. We will confirm the current details of the assay. We cannot guarantee the sample manual posted online is the most current manual.
Other Notes    Small volumes of WASF3 elisa kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
Searchable Terms for WASF3 purchase    MBS9316818 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate Sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the WAS protein family, member 3 (WASF3) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range of 31.2 pg/ml - 1000 pg/ml in biological research samples containing WASF3, with an estimated sensitivity of 5.0 pg/ml. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS9316818 kit is based on WASF3 antibody-WASF3 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect WASF3 antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, WASF3. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions such as Serum, Plasma, Tissue Homogenate, Feces and Urine. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

NCBI Summary for WASF3    This gene encodes a member of the Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein family. The gene product is a protein that forms a multiprotein complex that links receptor kinases and actin. Binding to actin occurs through a C-terminal verprolin homology domain in all family members. The multiprotein complex serves to tranduce signals that involve changes in cell shape, motility or function. A pseudogene of this gene have been defined on chromosome 6. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants [provided by RefSeq, May 2014]
