Searchable Terms for NTRK3 purchase    MBS2507791 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate Sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the NTRK3, ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range of 0.781-50ng/mL in biological research samples containing NTRK3, with an estimated sensitivity of Min: 0.469ng/mL; Max: 50ng/mL. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS2507791 kit is based on NTRK3 antibody-NTRK3 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect NTRK3 antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, NTRK3. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions such as Serum, Plasma, Biological Fluids. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

Related Product Information for NTRK3 elisa kit

Intended Uses: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse NTRK3 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to NTRK3. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for NTRK3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain NTRK3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of NTRK3. You can calculate the concentration of NTRK3 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

NCBI Summary for NTRK3    This gene encodes a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) family. This kinase is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Signalling through this kinase leads to cell differentiation and may play a role in the development of proprioceptive neurons that sense body position. Mutations in this gene have been associated with medulloblastomas, secretory breast carcinomas and other cancers. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2011]
