The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range of 100 ng/ml-1.56 ng/ml in biological research samples containing Nanog, with an estimated sensitivity of 0.5 ng/ml. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS2602965 kit is based on Nanog antibody-Nanog antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect Nanog antigen targets in samples.
