 Predicted isoelectric point    7.2
 Predicted Molecular Mass    35.3KDa
Accurate Molecular Mass    40kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE reducing conditions.
Phenomenon explanation    The possible reasons that the actual band size differs from the predicted are as follows:
1.Splice variants: Alternative splicing may create different sized proteins from the same gene.
2. Relative charge: The composition of amino acids may affects the charge of the protein.
3. Post-translational modification: Phosphorylation, glycosylation, methylation etc.
4. Post-translation cleavage: Many proteins are synthesized as pro-proteins, and then cleaved to give the active form.
5. Polymerization of the target protein: Dimerization, multimerization etc.
 Usage    Reconstitute in 100mM NaHCO3, 500mM NaCl (pH8.3) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.

Preparation and Storage    Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8C for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80C for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
ISO Certification    Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 Certified Laboratory.
Supply Chain Verification    Manufactured in a lab with traceable raw materials manufactured on site. Coordinated product portfolio of antibodies, pairs, conjugates, recombinant proteins, and immunoassay materials available. Please inquire.
Other Notes    Small volumes of NCOA3 recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

UniProt Comments for NCOA3    SRC-3: a histone acetyltransferase and nuclear receptor coactivator. Plays a central role in creating a multisubunit coactivator complex, which probably acts via remodeling of chromatin. Involved in the coactivation of different nuclear receptors, such as for steroids (GR and ER), retinoids (RARs and RXRs), thyroid hormone (TRs), vitamin D3 (VDR) and prostanoids (PPARs). Involved in the coactivation of the NF-kappa-B pathway via its interaction with the NFKB1 subunit. Activity is enhanced by various hormones and TNF. Acetylation by CREBBP may suppress coactivation of target genes by disrupting its association with nuclear receptors. Frequently amplified or overexpressed in breast and ovarian cancers. Five alternatively spliced isoforms have been described.
