Recombinant Antigen    Candida albicans enolase (Eroles et al., 1997).
 Organism    Candida albicans
 Tag    HIS
Molecular Weight Information    Determined by SDS-PAGE, theprotein band is between molecular markers of 66,200-45,000 Da, while relative molecular mass calculated fromamino acid sequence is 56,543.7 Da.
Observation Notes    Proteins should be maintained frozenat high concentrations. The dilution to be performed forELISA assays should be made with a small quantity ofprotein, the same day of the experiment. In order to defrost the protein, maintain the aliquot at 25 degree C without shaking toavoid aggregation. Prior making test dilutions and afterdefrost the protein, is recommended to remove possibleprotein aggregates by centrifuging the stock solution, avoiding alterations in the immobilization of the biomoleculeto the solid surface

Preparation and Storage    Protein is shipped with dry ice. Upon arrival,it should be aliquoted in order to avoid repeated freezingand thawing cycles and stored at -20 degree C to -80 degree C
Other Notes    Small volumes of eno1 recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
