B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10

 B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 ELISA Kit
 B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 Recombinant
 B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 Antibody
Also known as B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 (B-cell CLL/lymphoma 10) (Bcl-10) (CARD-containing molecule enhancing NF-kappa-B) (CARD-like apoptotic protein) (hCLAP) (CED-3/ICH-1 prodomain homologous E10-like regulator) (CIPER) (Cellular homolog of vCARMEN) (cCARMEN) (Cellular-E10) (c-E10) (Mammalian CARD-containing adapter molecule E10) (mE10).
Bcl-10: a ubiquitous pro-apoptotic protein that promotes pro-caspase-9 maturation and activation of NF-kappa-B via NIK and IKK. May be an adapter protein between upstream TNFR1-TRADD-RIP complex and the downstream NIK-IKK-IKAP complex. Self-associates v
ia CARD-CARD interactions; forms a tight complex with MALT1. Interacts with other CARD-proteins such as CARD9, CARD10, CARD11 and CARD14. Binds caspase-9 with its C-terminal domain. Interacts with TRAF2 and BIRC2/c-IAP2. Defects in BCL10 are involved in various types of cancer.

Protein type: Apoptosis; Transcription, coactivator/corepressor; Tumor suppressor

Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 1p22

Cellular Component: cytoplasm; cytoplasmic microtubule; cytosol; lipopolysaccharide receptor complex; lysosome; nucleus; perinuclear region of cytoplasm; plasma membrane; protein complex; T cell receptor complex

B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11A

 B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11A ELISA Kit
 B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11A Recombinant
 B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11A Antibody
Also known as B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11A (BCL-11A) (B-cell CLL/lymphoma 11A) (COUP-TF-interacting protein 1) (Ecotropic viral integration site 9 protein homolog) (EVI-9) (Zinc finger protein 856).
Bcl-11A: Functions as a myeloid and B-cell proto-oncogene. May play important roles in leukemogenesis and hematopoiesis. An essential factor in lymphopoiesis, is required for B-cell formation in fetal liver. May function as a modulator of the transcriptional repression activity of ARP1. Chromosomal aberrations involving BCL11A may be a cause of lymphoid malignancies. Translocation t(2;14)(p13;q3
2.3) causes BCL11A deregulation and amplification. 6 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Protein type: C2H2-type zinc finger protein; Nuclear receptor co-regulator; Transcription, coactivator/corepressor

Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 2p16.1

Cellular Component: nucleoplasm

Biological Process: negative regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter; protein sumoylation; signal transduction

Disease: Intellectual Developmental Disorder With Persistence Of Fetal Hemoglobin

B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11B

 B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11B ELISA Kit
 B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11B Recombinant
 B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11B Antibody
Also known as B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11B (BCL-11B) (B-cell CLL/lymphoma 11B) (COUP-TF-interacting protein 2) (Radiation-induced tumor suppressor gene 1 protein) (hRit1).
This gene encodes a C2H2-type zinc finger protein and is closely related to BCL11A, a gene whose translocation may be associated with B-cell malignancies. Although the specific function of this gene has not been determined, the encoded protein is known to be a transcriptional repressor, and is regulated by the NURD nucleosome remodeling and histone deacetylase complex. Four alternatively spliced transcript variants encodi
ng distinct isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2013]
