Also known as Apyrase 1 (AtAPY1) (ATP-diphosphatase) (ATP-diphosphohydrolase) (Adenosine diphosphatase) (ADPase) (NTPDase) (Nucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1).
Encodes an Golgi-localized integral membrane enzyme with nucleoside diphosphate activity that when mutated in combination with ATAPY2 causes a complete inhibition of pollen germination.

Apyrase 2

Also known as Apyrase 2 (AtAPY2) (ATP-diphosphatase) (ATP-diphosphohydrolase) (Adenosine diphosphatase) (ADPase) (NTPDase) (Nucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 2).
Encodes an enzyme with ATPase and ADPase activity (an apyrase) that when mutated in combination with ATAPY1 causes a complete inhibition of pollen germination.

Apyrase apy-1

Also known as Apyrase apy-1 (Uridine-diphosphatase) (UDPase).
Hydrolyzes UDP and to a lesser extent GDP. By preventing the accumulation of NDP, may promote the reglucosylation of incompletely folded glycoproteins in the endoplasmic reticulum following the unfolded protein response.
