Assembly protein

Late protein which is a part of a large complex required for early virion morphogenesis. This complex participates in the formation of virosomes and the incorporation of virosomal contents into nascent immature virions (By similarity).

Below are the list of possible Assembly protein products. If you cannot find the target and/or product is not available in our catalog, please click here to contact us and request the product or submit your request for custom elisa kit production, custom recombinant protein production or custom antibody production. Custom ELISA Kits, Recombinant Proteins and Antibodies can be designed, manufactured and produced according to the reer's specifications.

Assembly protein G7

Late protein which is a part of a large complex required for early virion morphogenesis. This complex participates in the formation of virosomes and the incorporation of virosomal contents into nascent immature virions ().

Assembly protein P7

Assembly protein part of the packaging complex that packages the viral RNA segments, replicate them into a double-stranded form and transcribe them. Required for efficient procapsid assembly. Necessary for stable packaging. May stabilize the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP) in its position at the three-fold axis on the inner side of empty-unexpanded procapsids. Could play a role in viral RNA recognition. Seems to be involved in the regulation of plus strand synthesis (transcription) as a fidelity factor.
