Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
Other Notes
Small volumes of Streptavidin HRP Conjugate reagent vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
Applications Tested/Suitable for Streptavidin HRP Conjugate reagent
This conjugate is designed to be used in the detection of biotinylated primary antibodies. It is suitable for use in: ELISA, WB, IHC, CL. The optimal dilution should be determined by the investigator. Suggested starting dilution(s):
• 1:2,000-1:20,000 for Immunohistochemistry
• 1:1,000-1:50,000 for ELISA/Western Blot

Testing Results:
ELISA: Dilution giving A450 reading of >= 1.0 when tested against Biotinylated antibody coated at 2ug/ml.
Results: 1:359,000
