Preparation and Storage
In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4 degree C in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20 degree C.
Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Immunogen
BM-enriched myeloid cells.
Antibody Properties
This antibody recognizes both Ly-6G and Ly-6C (granulocyte receptor 1- Gr-1). Ly-6G is expressed on most myeloid cells in the bone marrow and all peripheral granulocytes. Ly-6C is also expressed on subsets of lymphocytes and monocytes. For flow cytometry, use 10 ul/106 cells. Exact titer for IHC should be determined by the investigator.
