Host
E Coli
Form/Format
Sterile filtered white lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered concentrated solution in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 150mM NaCl and 0.02 % Tween-20
Purity/Purification
>98.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized Vaspin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 degree C.
Upon reconstitution Vaspin should be stored at 4 degree C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 degree C.
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
3D Structure
ModBase 3D Structure for Q8IW75
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Vaspin in sterile 18Momega-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Other Notes

Small volumes of A12 recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
