Product Categories/Family for PF0212 recombinant protein

Application Notes for PF0212 recombinant protein
1. Ideal for high-fidelity amplification. 2. 3'-5' exonuclease activity provides a low error rate. 3. One of the most thermostable DNA polymerases known. 4. Lack of extendase activity means no unwanted 3' overhangs. 5. Optimal for blunt-end PCR cloning. 6. Optimum temperature near 75 degree C. 7. 95% active after 1-hour incubation at 98 degree C.

Other Notes

Small volumes of PF0212 recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
