Form/Format
The GMF-beta protein was lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered concentrated solution in PBS, pH 7.4.
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Purity/Purification
Greater than 97.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized GMF-B although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 degree C. Upon reconstitution GMF-beta should be stored at 4 degree C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 degree C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

ModBase 3D Structure for Q9CQI3
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized GMFB in sterile 18M Omega -cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Other Notes

Small volumes of mGMF b recombinant protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
