Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized KGF 2 Rat Recombinant in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of thymidine uptake by BaF3 cells expressing FGF receptors is <0.5ng/ml.
