It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL-16 in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. Determined by its ability to chemoattract human CD4+ T-Lymphocytes using a concentration range of 50.0-100.0ng/ml corresponding to a Specific Activity of 10,000-20,000IU/mg.

Other Notes

Small volumes of maIL 16 active protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
