Preparation and Storage
Store the lyophilized S.Typhi OMP between 2-8°C, do not freeze. Upon reconstitution S.Typhi OMP should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized S.Typhi OMP in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
