B Cell Differetiation Factor, BCDF (BCDF) ELISA Kit for Human

Intended Uses: This sandwich kit is for the accurate quantitative detection of human B Cell Differetiation Factor (also known as BCDF) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, cell lysates, tissue homogenates.

Principles of the Assay: This kit is an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The plate has been pre-coated with human BCDF antibody. BCDF present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated human BCDF Antibody is added and binds to BCDF in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated BCDF antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of human BCDF. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Small volumes of BCDF elisa kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
