Reagent A: Luminol and luminous enhancer: 100ml
Reagent B: Peroxide and stabilizer: 100ml
Dropping bottle: 2 pieces

1.Mix detection reagents A&B at a 1:1 ratio at room temperature. Use 1ml working solution for 10cm 2 membrane.
2.Add working solution to the blot. And the working solution should cover the entire membrane.
3.Incubate blot for 1-5 minutes at room temperature. Note: The optimal incubation time can be estimated in the dark room.
4. Place a clear plastic wrap or transparent glass sheet protector over the blot membrane, press out any bubbles from between the blot and the membrane protector.
5.Place the protected membrane in a film cassette with the protein side facing up.
6. Place X-ray film on top of the blot membrane. Perform a exposure of 5 s to 1 min, then develop and fix the film immediately.
7. CCD detection: Put the blot membrane in the CCD and detect the chemiluminescence image according to the manufacturers’ instructions.

1.Change the pipette tips while pipetting A&B reagents to avoid contamination.
2. After mixing the A&B reagents, please use the working solution in two hours and avoid interference caused by the strong oxidant such as NaClO.
3.Please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
