Western blot analysis of CXCL2 expression in recombinant rat CXCL2 protein 0.5ng (lane 1). CXCL2 at 11KD was detected using rabbit anti- CXCL2 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
