Western Blot (WB) of anti-CD9 antibody

Western blot analysis of CD9 expression in mouse kidney extract (lane 1). CD9 at 25KD was detected using rabbit anti- CD9 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-CD9 antibody

CD9 was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of mouse spleen tissues using rabbit anti- CD9 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 1ug/mL. The immunohistochemical section was developed using SABC method.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-CD9 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
