Recommended procedures for lyophilized Antibody reconstitution

1)Before opening the tube cap, centrifuge the sample tube at 5000g for 3-5 min at room tempeture to ensure the lyophilized sample to settle down at the bottom of the tube.
2)Dissolved lyopihilized Antibody sample in sterile and low endotoxin water based on the recommended volume 113.636ul
3)After adding sterile water , cover the lid and mix them by gently tapping the tube for 5-10 times. Note : Do not vortex or vigorously pipette sample.
4)It is recommended that the minimum sample volume for each tube should not be less than 10ul if small aliquot is required for long term storage. Do not repeatedly freeze and thaw during preservation.
