Prepare a working solution by diluting the reagent with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 120ml working solution.

Small volumes of Diluent Buffer reagent vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
