Full Product Name
MOUSE ANTI MONKEY CD3:FITC
Product Gene Name
Clonality
Monoclonal
Isotype
IgG1
Clone Number
FN-18
Host
Mouse
Species Reactivity
Rhesus Monkey
Form/Format
FITC (Purified IgG conjugated to Fluorescein Isothiocyanate Isomer 1 (FITC) - lyophilised)
Specificity
CD3
This item recognises the rhesus monkey RhT3 antigen, the homologue of human CD3. Clone FN18 has been reported to recognise a polymorphic epitope of the RhT3 antigen, which is expressed by mature T lymphocytes.
Preparation and Storage
Prior to reconstitution store at +4 degree C. Following reconstitution store at -20 degree C.

This product should be stored undiluted.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life: 12 months from reconstitution
Immunogen
Rhesus monkey peripheral blood leucocytes
Fusion Partners
Spleen cells from immunised mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 Ag14 myeloma cell line.
Preparation
Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein A
Preservative Stabilizers
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
125mM Trehalose
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 0.5ml distilled water
Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. We recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide and 1% bovine serum albumin is recommended.
Buffer Solution
Phosphate buffered saline
Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-CD3 antibody
Flow Cytometry (FACS)
Application Notes for anti-CD3 antibody
Flow Cytometry: Max Dilution: 1/10
Flow Cytometry: Use 50ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-CD3 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
